Glad to see that the Tregib Arms has opened under new management. We went for the Sunday dinner, knowing that a very good local chef (Emerson) is doing all the cooking. The food was excellent, as was Emersons famous cheese cake - that on its own is worth a visit! Portions are very generous, you wont leave there hungry. We plan on trying different food on a different night next time, will be worth the wait if its as good as the Sunday roast. Highly recommended, theres nothing else that comes close in the area.
Fantastic little local, friendly landlord, awesome bar staff, tasty tucker, reasonable prices and great live music from time time.
Not been into the pub to make an honest quote since they started offering food, maybe sometime soon. Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty good access for wheelchairs front and back entrances.
What a shame, reopened after nearly 2 years. Very overpriced for the area at over £4 a pint, aiming for the teenage crowd clearly and not for the majority of the village. Was so loud music inside could speak. Staff vaping behind the bar, not welcoming. Zero welcome on all fronts, clearly owners' children, and on mobile phones and vaping. Was over £4 a pint. This is the valleys!! Wouldn't change the barrel when run out so we left and went to The Bridge. To sum up, cold, unwelcoming, loud, doesn't fit in with the village, over priced. What a shame, don't think will be here for long.
Loved the meal, fab staff. Definitely recommend
Not a place to visit for friendliness. I could hear staff talking about us.
