Please read this review before going to this place. It is an absolutely unsafe place. Had a horrifying encounter in the club with the staff. This instance is dated 24th March 2024, when I along with my husband and 2 friends decided to go to the club, since we were staying at Grand Hyatt, which is right next to Toyroom to celebrate a private occasion. First of all, I'd like to tell you it's a filthy place, I opened the menu just for the 50 cockroaches to jump on me, the bar is dirty, but since it was an occasion and we had already shelled a bomb to enter the place, we decided to continue to be there. At around 2.30AM, when I went to use the loo, there are women lying on the sofa/floor unconscious. I along with my friend went to use the loo and came out when a lady named Jasvinder/Jazz is shouting "you didn't flush", even though we did flush. We ignored her at once, but she continued misbehaving seeing that we decided to flush again just to satisfy her WITH THE DOOR OPEN so she can see. Mind it, we are flushing a WC which is absolutely clean. But this lady was just there to fight it seemed, cos she kept shouting and after a point she reached out to hold us from collar, after which there was an exchange of abuse where we were constantly saying how dare you touch us. This lady doesn't stop, pushes us both- me and my friend and she pulled the gold chain which I am wearing in my neck, next second the chain breaks. We decide to step out and complaint, we went to the entry gate where there are managers, who are in turn shouting on us, not listening to us and threatening us. We decide to call the police and not engage with them. We got a formal complaint against the lady in the police station. There was Abhishek from the PR team of Toyroom trying to handle the situation but of no use. The lady wanted to apologise verbally. And all we wanted was the charges for repair of the chain and a written apology which they denied. It took me 2 days to cope up with this horrifying situation. Loss that happened to me. I have proof of each and everything mentioned here. •⁠ ⁠A small part of chain lost when it broke •⁠ ⁠⁠The repair cost of the chain •⁠ ⁠⁠A bruise because of the chain snatch •⁠ ⁠⁠Mental harassment Currently what I have in hand is a written complaint but if there’s no resolution on that, I am going to go ahead and file an FIR on them. I strongly stand against the staff and don’t want this to happen to anyone else. If there's anyone who wants to help me with a resolution, please drop in your email address, I'm still just asking for my loss and a written apology.

Can't get over how amazing Toy Room is! The ambiance is unlike anything else, and the staff make you feel right at home. Already counting down the days until my next visit.
