Towne Tavern at Rock Hill

Ordered wings a couple hours in advance of Bills Chiefs game last Sunday. Got there to pick up and the order couldn't be found. They very quickly figured it out and made the order on the spot. Even though there was a mess up and they were very busy they handled it quickly and professionally.

I placed my order online with a pickup time. After arriving 10 minutes after the appt time I was repeatedly told that my order was coming up. 30 minutes later I ask again and it is at that time they realized my order was not visible to them. Not sure what caused it but if the person doing the most that night had taken time to follow up on my order I wouldn't have been upset. I thanks to the young lady who took the time to make it right. She made me believe in going back one day

Terrible Customer service. Will not return. Highly not recommended. New bartender needed. Fire Star. Gives crackhead vibes.

Pretty cool, laidback place where I just sat, vibed and got my thoughts together. The staff and their hospitality was much appreciated. Best regards!

Great fries and drinks. Honey mustard was really good. Ashley was an awesome bartender who was very attentive and recommended some great drinks. Will be back.
