First time here and they had my favorite desserts and my son favorite dinner rolls!! Will be my favorite place now!

bad service, don’t give candle for 70years old lady’s birthday, all the customers who want to buy birthday cake over 50’s, you won’t get your birthday candles here like other Tous les Jours stores

Only if I can give a zero star! The box and the cake look good. The cheesecake is like 5% cheese and 95% of the cake. The cake is already stale after one day. It doesn't taste like cheesecake. The sponge cake from the Cantonese bakery even tastes better than this cake. For $39, I could have gotten something better. They should hire a real pastry Chef and not the pastry decorator. It’s like the cake is made for a TV commercial and not for eating. Also, the service is terrible too.

本来想点个咖啡但是服务员让我语塞，一大早跟没睡醒一样摆着个脸，帮前面一个点完就去做我站在旁边等，旁边又来一个，她是知道谁先到的先帮他点…………………

Today I went to get an Americano coffee at this location. The coffee was horrible it was equal with McDonald's ashtray flavored coffee. If you come here just come for the bake goods ..do not I repeat do not waste your money on the coffee. You can get way better coffee at local Chinese bakery. Horrible, horrible coffee..never again!

I am the loyal customers for 10yrs, I came in 5days before to book the 10inch cake, pick up at 11am-1pm on Saturday. They said cake will ready at 11am while the time I ordered. On the pick up date, I came in 12pm to pickup. I felt weird cause the cashier said need wait 15-20mins. I asked her again after good 15mins waiting because I have two 80yrs old elder waiting in the car. The cashier said I shouldn’t talked to her like it. Like what? I don’t even yell to her. I was asking just change to two small cake instead of waiting; otherwise refund me, I would go somewhere else. I even mentioned that I would pay the price difference if change to two small cakes. So, in the end. The owner finally showed up and help me change to two old cakes. why am I call them old cakes, because I would see the fruits on top of a cake are not fresh!!! total bill is $68 preorder +$32 price different for two 8inch.

Nous avons dégustés de délicieux gâteaux dans ce café, dont les prix sont très raisonnables. L’ambiance est agréable et le personnel est très sympathique. Une très bonne adresse !
