Owners Antonio Parisi and Caterina Tosco-Parisi arise from extensive backgrounds in the food business; both grew up working for each of their fathers’ restaurants, and have continued the legacy by opening up their own. The restaurant has been in successful operation since 2004. We take pride in serving only the freshest products, purchasing from local vendors including Altieri & Sons, Boar’s Head, Amoroso, Bova Foods, and Jim & Ralph’s. These companies provide us with high-quality meats and produce on a daily basis to ensure that our customers receive the finest and most delicious meals.
