Tortilla uptown is my favorite place for brunch / lunch uptown. I enjoy casual lunch spots with exceptional food and this is the place. Everything is flavorful, fresh and feels good to eat. Don't sleep on this spot!

What a waste of a space. What used to be a cool looking rustic restaurant now looks like a Mexican dive restaurant. I love a Mexican dive restaurant that has really good authentic oaxacan or pueblen food. But this place basically has tacos burritos and a few other things. Would have been so nice if there were a really great higher end oaxacan Mexican restaurant in Kingston. Instead we got a very average taco place where the staff have a bad attitude.

GREAT costumer service, everyone there was super sweet and understanding. the cooking was phenomenal!! outstanding really. my kids love the food and the place has such good vibes. Kid-friendliness: our waiter was so very sweet to my kids
