Ordered delivery around 3am after event and received email confirmation that delivery would be completed from 4:08-4:18 am. It hits 4:15am so I called location NUMEROUS times to get update on delivery status but was routed to takeout/delivery order line for some reason and talked to a "Karl" who was no help in canceling order and getting refund. Said he couldn't get in contact with location because it closes at 4am. Asked him why he was still taking orders then if the restaurant is closed and he couldn't give me an answer. Useless, incompetent, and waste of time. Will update review once I go to restaurant tomorrow

I ordered delivery from this Toppers 3 times in the past 3 months. There has been an issue with my order EVERY TIME. Ingredients missing, items missing, medium items when I ordered larges. The first time, I filled out the contact form on their website. It turns out that Toppers has NO CORPORATE CONTACT METHOD, which is immediately suspicious. It sends the issue to the location in question, apparently directly to the staff currently working their shift, which is, to be completely fair, undue stress on them. But what really confused me is that I was asked to talk it out on the phone with a general manager. Why would I 1.) Need to find time in my day to "talk this out" on a cell phone call, whereas text would suit this better (and I could've provided photo evidence along with the receipt.) 2.) Being someone with auditory processing disorder, want to go through the process of being on a call with someone who might not even be able to resolve this issue. So I dropped it the first time and just called it a mulligan on Topper's part. But then the same or similar issue happened on the next two orders. The next two times I filled out the form, NO EFFORT WAS MADE ON TOPPER'S PART TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. No email, no text, no call. I even made that clear on the last form I filled out that the previous issue remained unresolved. I am extremely disappointed in this location, considering that I've had great customer experience at every other Topper's I've been to, but I will no longer be ordering from any Topper's because of how broken their customer service system is. Long story short, I was left out to dry by this location on multiple occasions after they made my order incorrectly. Do not expect to receive the amount of food you payed for, nor just compensation for their mistakes. And if you want to gamble with your money like that, go to Potawatomi.

I thought I'd give this place a chance and again and I really shouldn't have. Like usual the toppings I ordered on my pizza there was barely anything on it. A slice of pizza shouldn't have just one piece of onion on it and one olive. Some slices of the large pizza I ordered didn't even have anything on it
