Topgolf

We had visited few times to this location and are never disappointed Today we had our sons b'day party planned. Kids had a blast. Everyone loved it Service is also excellent. Would sure recommend it

I visited on March 31st 2024 and while front services and bar staff were okay, our Bay Host was not. I didn’t catch her name because she was in and out so fast, she had blonde hair. We were in Bay 220. I worked as a Bay Host for Topgolf for two years in the Greenville SC area so I know all the steps of service when it comes to Topgolf. Getting a card on file, helping your Bay get signed in, etc. My boyfriend and I barely saw our Bay Host. Every time I did she was talking with her co workers at the Bar. It took 15 minutes to receive waters. The only reason we got them was because I had to leave my Bay and flag her down. If it wasn’t for that we probably wouldn’t have received anything. She barely checked up on us and I told her in the beginning that we might order food, but because the waters took so long I didn’t want to risk it. We ended up leaving 20 minutes earlier than the time we purchased because the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. That was a tip she missed out on because of her not connecting with the Bay’s more. As a Bay Host and just as a regular server in other establishments I’ve worked at I can understand that sometimes people get busy, and forget certain things but the Topgolf that day wasn’t even that busy because it was Easter Sunday. We probably won’t be back.

We had a BLAST as always when we came here 4/1/24. Our server Cam was awesome and attentive to everything we needed. The food was delicious as always.
