Top Tea- 灜茶

The taste is soooo goood especially the fruit tea which is very refreshing. One of my friend wasn’t feeling well and the staff gave her hot water and asked if we need any help. They are really warm and caring. We will like to visit again.

Overall, I had a very bad experience at this bubble tea shop. I ordered a brown sugar matcha bubble tea, and it tasted horrible. The matcha was powdery, and the drink was very bitter overall. Perhaps the ratio was off. I've had the exact same drink at Bubble Snap, and there was no issue. The staff was not very happy when I asked to exchange for a different drink because of the above issues. I need to mention that I exchanged for a drink that was a lower price, and I only had two sips of the matcha drink that I originally ordered. I already felt bad asking to change for a different drink, but I was really disappointed when they badmouthed me, thinking I couldn't understand Cantonese. I didn't confront them when they were speaking about me because I didn't want to get into an argument. I think it is really rude to speak ill of the customer when they are present and could understand the things you were saying.

My partner and I got bubble tea from this place recently and let me tell ya, best bubble tea we've EVER had !!! I love that you can choose how much ice you get and how sweet you want the tea to be. They have a lot of options to choose from, and their service is great, they're very attentive to the customer's needs and very kind. Overall a great experience and, as I said, the best bubble tea ever ⭐️
