Tony Roma's

The food was in general good and the ribs in particular were excellent. The atmosphere has changed since my last visit to a Tony Romas years ago. But, it was a good outing for a meal. The service at this particular location was extremely slow and it appeared to be inadequately staffed. As an updated review, we visited the restaurant again on 4/18. The service was even worse at this location. The food was still excellent, but serious attention is needed for the servers. After about 15 min, I walked to the bar, saw our 2 drinks, amd just picked them up and carried to the table myself. Server didn't deliver food, drinks...had to flag him for the check. Probably won't be back after this one.

First of all the restaurant for some reason is out of half its menu items. Followed by the staff bringing us dirty appetizer plates and no silverware. Food takes for ever to come and appetizer size is large enough for one non-hungry person

Jessie is an excellent server. She provided her recommendations and they were spot on. Food was hot and tasty. Great first time experience.

Honestly, a pretty disappointing experience. I think they had one server on, and the hostess. I didn't get a server the entire time I was there. He was overwhelmed from a birthday party that was there. The hostess took my order about 20 minutes after I was seated. I ordered loius style ribs with potato soup. My soup arrived and I had to ask to get a water. I was there for 30 min without any drink. They couldn't serve draught because the bar was closed. The soup was good! The green beans were good! The coleslaw was good! The ribs were... mediocre. Not tender at all. Chewy. I was sad after that long wait.

Good food. I was truly surprised at the tenderness of the beef ribs. They come sauced already so I know next time to request sauce on the side...cause them thangs get messy! I will for sure go back again to try more. Everything was good and well seasoned. The filet I had was under cooked but still good. Bartender was waiting a lot of the tables and definitely did her thing with great recommendations good conversation and a bright smile and personality. Good experience. Pricey but not ruths chris prices.
