Tom’s Burgers & Grill

Old timey diner vibes initially attracted me to try this place out. My dinner companion and I were treated decent enough by the wait staff. Slow service. Food was greasy and bland. Only other table of customers made rude remarks about everything. I would avoid if you’re not a local. Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t bring a kid here after the sun sets.

Ate the Ruben sandwich. Very good sandwich. Kid-friendliness: Had a small library at door for kids. Great idea!

I was seated immediately, though it was mid-afternoon. I ordered the chicken fried steak. It was delivered quickly. It was delicious. My server was friendly and attentive. I'll be back.

Cool place, nice atmosphere... I'm sure I would have enjoyed my burger more if only they hadn't doused it in a comedic amount of mustard after asking for mayo only. Wad of mustard soaked napkins and one new bun later I was finally able to finish it.
