Tomikawa Sushi Bar Restaurant

Realistically closes at 8PM because that’s when they close their waitlist. Super long wait time for both food and entering (takes waiters to recognize we are ready to order food once seated). Good food but that’s it.

Tomikawa Sushi Bar is a great spot to grab some delicious sushi in Irvine. The only downside is the long wait for a table, but hey, good things come to those who wait, right? Happy hour is always hopping, so make sure to get there early to snag a seat. The garlic tuna is to die for, and the baked salmon roll is a real crowd-pleaser. Unfortunately, our Camarillo roll seemed to have disappeared into thin air, but they made up for it by bringing the check faster than you can say "California roll." So if you're looking for a fun spot to grab some sushi in OC, give Tomikawa a try - just be prepared to wait, and maybe keep an eye on your food!

The best place in OC for unlimited salmon eggs :) Here you could find any type of sushi and rolls as well. Kid-friendliness: They have macaroni ice cream now!

The worst Japanese restaurant in my life. Really cant undetstand why people are lining up for this place.

Went there for all you can eat sushi Good flavors however expected a better quality The Nori was bit chewy It used to be better
