Always have excellent sushi and service.
First time eating here after hearing lots of positive reviews from people, but I don’t get it.
Salmon teriyaki dinner was extremely dry. Miso soup was average.
Their shrimp tempura roll is very strange: shrimp tempura, lettuce, and a tiny bit of mayo. It has always been cucumber at other places I’ve been and then avocado and/or crab.
Chicken karaage was fine.
Parking is terrible.
Always very fresh and tasty. Love the mini rolls and sashimi here.
Had sushi and sashimi for lunch. It's a top-notch. Waitresses were very friendly, great atmosphere. I'll definitely return.
Their menu is pretty long and I wanted some time to choose. In three minutes, three sets of waiters asked if I were ready or not. Feels rushed and they just want you to order and get out. Will not come again.
Fresh sushi direct from Japan. Wide menu selection with daily specials will not disappoint!
Food is still good although not as good as last time, especially for tonkatsu, deep fried too long so too dried.
No hot tea but cold water instead, not usual in a Japanese restaurant, maybe due to the hot weather outside?
But overall still a decent restaurant to dine in.
I have enjoyed coming to this place for the past 14 years. Their sushi is always fresh, and the prices are reasonable, especially considering inflation. However, the special sushi I ordered last time was noticeably thinner and considered smaller than in the last 14 years. You should leave hungry after spending $60 or $$$ more per head.
I love that they put wasabi underneath the fish on the nigiri. Seriously. That is a true sign of greatness and good things to come. Honestly not expensive either.
Waiting is nightmare.
The overall dining experience is just normal. So i dont think it's worth to wait 1 hour.
Excellent sushi, try tomi sushi special with hamachi. It is the star of this sushi place. Friendly staff. I feel myself as home coming there.
This used to be one of my favorite Sushi restaurants for over 20 years... they were one of the very few places with authentic Japanese sushi chef. First time back since the pandemic was very disappointing. Extra special nigri sushi dinner for 2 for over $100 (with tip) was just awful. Not only was the rice not prepared properly (soggy and tasteless), the fish was not fresh and the portions were super small. We left hungry and disappointed. Took a glimpse into the kitchen on the way out and it was filthy. Service was excellent. Will not go back unless they make a drastic improvement.
Authentic Japanese with good fresh materials and ingredients. Cooking is nicely done. Service is excellent and wonderful. Space is a bit tight but this gives a more Japanese flavour. Highly recommended.
Most restaurants located next to supermarkets tend to have good food. I give the food 9/10, it would have been a perfect score but the salad was old and still served. It was the brown old, and bitter salad that no one wants to eat. The dressing on the salad was so good gobbled it down.
no more buffet, long wait, decent food
Placed an order via phone, picked up and drove 20 mins back home the realized my lunch is missing. Completely upset and frustrated. I have been a returning customer for years.
I hope the manager can contact me for the inconvenience it caused.
