I don’t understand why the service here is so chronically slow. Every time I place an order, no matter how empty the place is, a single sandwich takes upwards of 15-20 minutes.

Have not been to togos in years. Used to be amazing, not so much now. QC has slipped. Stale/dry bread, minimal meat, bland flavor. Skipped eating the bread because it was so dry. Will not be coming back.

Hot sandwiches are cold and very little meat and produce for the cost.

Togo's used to be quick but now it takes forever to get your order. Maybe having sooo many sandwiches is slowing everything down. I order earlier online and still wait up to 30 minutes sometimes.

Since the recent remodel, the service has improved tremendously. Service is friendly and quick. Food is great, specially their pastrami. The interior looks really clean and moder now. Definitely recommended
