Absolutely calm environment located in the middle of a forest, with a very little phone network signal within the building. The building is historic and clean, and the staff were welcoming and polite. Food was top-notch, with great variety prepared to perfection, drink machine too was to modern standard touch screen, and also a variety of drinks and ice. Overall, the experience was wonderful. I would definitely visit again with family. Parking: There is enough parking in front of the building.

The carvery is fairly nice and fresh which is great, the only issue is the meat is literally hair thin, when you spend £60 on 3 fruit shoots, 2 Pepsi maxs, 2 kids carvery’s and 1 adult and 1 king carvery, that’s a lot of money to get three slices (that you can see through) of meat per plate and two over cooked sausages for your upgraded king plate). It’s a lot of money and not really worth it anymore unfortunately, portions and price don’t match up. Another issue is outdoor seating doesn’t get any wait staff, while I understand the carvery you need to self serve I think drinks and cutlery etc should be brought to you. A lot of families attend and it’s hard for one parent to carry 5 lots of everything down the steepest concrete stair case you have ever seen without dropping anything… another thing is the outdoor benches are clearly old, rather than replace them with new benches they’re waiting for them to slowly fall apart (some benches have had seats sectioned off with tape because they’re broken and rotted) and that definitely needs refurbishing because you’re terrified you’re going to fall during your meal, or if a child runs at the table too fast it definitely has a significant amount of movement. They could also do with some outdoor heaters to make customers more comfortable too Kid-friendliness: Fairly kid friendly outdoors Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible inside and outside but can’t go in from outside unless you around and back to the front and vice versa (toilets are inside)

The building could do with a face lift if Tottenham football club doesn't take it over Then the public won't get in anyway. It is all self service so can't not rate the service. The bar man was OK. Lovely grounds Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Visited on Tuesday with my 3 children. Food was really fresh and tasty. Our waitress Donna was exceptional, she really was helpful as the children were a little fussy and a little noisy. Had a great experience will definitely be coming back very soon. Parking: Lots of parking Kid-friendliness: Kids ate for £1 great value in the holidays

Our favourite Toby Carvery to come to as a family, they are so accommodating and welcoming they treat us like part of their family. Would always recommend this place for a good value and high quality meal!

Visited this location on a sunday it was super busy however, service was great and food was still lovely. Really nice location and the staff are amazing !

Food is excellent, staff helpful. Price is good too. The building does need a little tlc outside.
