We had carvery, it was very busy and we could hear people arguing with the staff. There were only two meats available, the service was poor and we won’t be returning to Toby again. We had only gone because I had a voucher from a poor experience the last time we visited another Toby it was appalling. There was food from the previous diners on the chair I was sitting which was not known until I had sat in it. My daughter has Autism and ordered chocolate pancakes, it was horrendous, dry pancakes with chocolate brownie crumbled on it and a flake, it is disgusting to serve food that is not fit for human consumption why would anyone come back for more! Vegetarian options: Good Parking: Good Kid-friendliness: Good

Food was beautiful. Service excellent and our waitress, Kath, made our experience incredibly enjoyable; Kath was very attentive, clearly experienced...the type of server you want every time. Haydn served our dessert and was such a pleasant and attentive young man. The cheesecake is the best I've ever had.....and I've had alot of cheesecake!! Would definitely recommend and we've booked to go back.
