Since its debut in May 2018, Tobiuo Sushi & Bar’s dedicated staff has set its heights on providing an elevated sushi experience for its Katy neighbors and becoming a destination for greater Houston. Like the flying fish after which the restaurant is named, the Tobiuo (Toh-bee-oh) team aspires to soar above the status quo to create a next-level sushi experience for their guests. To achieve this goal, world-class ingredients from the best local and global markets are combined with artful presentation and a comprehensive fish aging program to intensify and showcase each cut’s flavor.
