Time Out Cafe at the Richmond Oval

Great for morning coffee and some great food the food is hot . The coffee is really hot . Taste little bit light. But overall great experience Kid-friendliness: My kids love the warm milk .

Even after the food was heated, it is still always cold inside. The vanilla latte tastes terrible. It was sour and tasted extremely weird. And everything is expensive

Walked up to the counter and politely asked for a hot chocolate and the reply I got was “milk is coming” I replied pardon and once again “milk is coming” I then asked so yes you can or no you can’t make me a hot chocolate? ”No I can’t” Oh boy seriously lol Sorry to bother you !! Coffee is served in disposable cups. This is not environmentally friendly at all. Please make changes to support sustainability goals!

If you're a friend of the girl who heats the food, you will get served first. Otherwise, good luck, you have to wait longer. All she had to do was just heat the food. She couldn't even do that properly. Our food was still partially ice-cold.

At first, I was hesitate to try after reading some other reviews here. Glad I went there today. The Roast Beef sandwich and Americano are excellent. Good customer service, too. I need to go back more often.

Love the power bowls here and customer service people have been very helpful and friendly ;) Vegetarian options: Power bowls are good .

The food was OK, I had a croissant and ham not that healthy, but could have put fresh greens in it and avoided the blob of mayo in the middle of the sandwich. Coffee was bitter, which means that the machines aren't being properly cleaned.

Gave us the wrong food, and didn't even give us the complete wrong dish, it was missing the Naan bread. The smoothie was also incredibly sour

I was at the oval for a major sporting event that drew massive crowds for the weekend. I felt bad for the staff because it's a small place with only so much room for people to work in. They were overrun and seemed badly disorganized. The weight was long. There were no sleeves or lids left for the coffee. I watched somebody argue with a customer at length after only three of the four drinks they ordered had been made rather than fixing it and getting back to helping out the rest of their customers. I hope it's not like that all the time. The ladies working there seemed very stressed out, which I'm sure is a terrible feeling for a job that likely doesn't pay much. Hope It's usually better than that.
