If they can't hire staff or proper management to run the business, they ought to consider shutting down this location.

I went through the drive thru ordered a sausage, egg cheese bagel add cream cheese and they asked what kind of bagel said plain got to work and there was nothing on my bagel but a small amount of cream cheese so with the combo paid over $10 for a plain bagel with barely any cream cheese that was to have egg, cheese and sausage. Tried to call and phones not working. If I had wanted a plain bagel I would not of ordered a sausage, egg and cheese combo meal. :(

Who is keeping Tim Horton's alive these days? Food is worse than the hogback Hilton. The bagels are toasted for O.47 seconds and then they throw the cream cheese from across the room and hope a little lands on it. Anything supposed to be crispy is soggy. You'd be better off drinking spilled coffee from the drip tray at speedway.

I wish i could put 0 stars. This place sucks so bad. NEVER GO HERE. Everyone that works at this store needs to be fired. Shut the whole place down. Everytime i go here my food is awful. Today I ordered a Turkey Club meal but when i opened the food to take a bite the bread was split down the middle and HARD as a rock. It hurt my teeth trying to take a bite and there was almost no toppings on my sandwich at all. 1 slice of bacon, 2 slices of Turkey and a lone, soggy, floppy piece of lettuce was all that was between the bread. I tried calling the store 6 straight times in order to ask for a refund but no answer at all. I will be returning tomorrow only to receive my money back. Im so angry. I know it doesnt matter because this is a large corporation with many customer but this location will NEVER receive mine or anyone i knows business. Do better Tim Hortons. This is a disgrace

Really bad. Most food is either burned or not made correctly. Go over the cross street as it is way better.

Came through the drive-through line at 10:30 AM with one car in front of me. Nobody at the intercom would take my order until the car in front of me LEFT the drive-through line. Waited about 10 minutes just to find out they don’t have any chocolate dipped donuts at 10:30 AM. This location is pathetic. It closes early. Doesn’t have anything in stock and it’s extremely slow!
