Went through the drive thru to get an iced coffee with a shot of espresso in it. For starters, I could barely hear the girl on the speaker. She didn’t say a word to me at the window, just handed me the debit machine. I paid for the shot of espresso in my coffee and did not get it. On top of that, the coffee itself tasted like straight water. One of the worst iced coffees I’ve ever had. I went inside to hopefully get my coffee situation fixed (very politely) and the older lady at the counter was very sweet and was more than eager to make my coffee the way I wanted. However, the younger girl who I’m assuming was the manager was useless. She didn’t apologize for my service and simply said “I’m not the one who made it so”. Overall, I will never be going back to that location and if you’re looking for a Tim Hortons that makes a good caramel iced coffee, Wyandotte and Walker hasn’t disappointed me. As a company, if you’re gonna raise your prices, at least improve the quality.
