Tim Hortons

I go through the drive thru almost every day. The staff is great and they are rarely out of items

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons this afternoon. My Child needed to use the washroom to wash his hands and the ladies didn't open the door for him and my Mom despite the fact that I asked them several times while I was waiting in line to order. After I placed my order some old white lady came in and asked to open the door for her and one of the white staff opend the door immediately for her when I confronted the staff and told her I was asking and waiting for a while I was told it was being cleaned and she told me the tape was off now but of I wanted to use it she would let me in. I said to her I asked and waited a while before and they didn't open it for us but this lady just came in and they opened it right away she said there's a second stool there if I wanted to use it. In the first place there was no tape when we came in and I clearly saw nobody was cleaning the washroom. We totally felt discriminated by this Tim Hortons staff conduct towards us. I was planning to eat there but after the bad experience we decided neither to use their dirty washroom nor to eat there. So, I just took my order and left. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but these people were totally discriminatory. Shame on Tim Hortons for not training their staff as they are clearly ignorant and don't know how treat people equally and with the same respect plus their washrooms and tables are always disgusting.

Great coffee. Great staff. The tables could of been cleaner though.

Very good service at the drive through today! Thank you for the refund when you did not have the coffee I ordered I prefer that so much over dumping some yuck in my cup and pawning it off as what I wanted like some locations do. Consistently good coffee and fast clear drive-through service here. Great staff. I had to ask for my decent tip back as I left with nothing but this is one of my favorites in the city ❤
