Tim Hortons

We had an online order for pick up via drive through. First of all, they did not have decaf coffee although they have it on the mobile app. They also didn't have chocolate dip donut that we ordered which is funny because it's a popular one. At the end, although we asked them to heat up our donuts, they forgot, we reminded them again, they took it away for seconds and gave them back to us AGAIN not heated up. I understand Tims is not a luxury café but we didn't ask for much really.

Worst Tim’s in the city. The employees there seem to not have clear communication skills, not only in clarity towards customers, but as well as between team members. Food is consistently served wrong and with incorrect ingredients. When asked to adjust for an egg allergy, they still put egg on a wrap. The allergy isn’t severe thankfully, but caution to all others. Clearly a lack of management and team training.

Always out of stock … never on time … nothing is maintained in this tims absolute worst service. If you cannot maintain it dont even bother to open it

I went through drive thru and got the chicken parm flatbread. It was delicious!

I contacted on my app and messenger and Noone is contacting me back.. Ps. My second time going back, there was a young Indian fellow that told me that you need to update your website. This happened today at 500am on March 17

Late service when going to pick up order..wait time is around 15-20 minutes. Bad service
