Today was my first visit to any tim hortons in 2 years, and i wanted to buy 6 donuts. I first went to the location at Blanshard/Johnson and as soon as I entered, the place smelled like people didnt bathe in a year, and the half empty rack of donuts looked dry and really not fresh so I left and went to your location on Fort Street. At the Fort Street location, the (homeless) man sitting at the table next to the waiting line smelled so repugnant and sour I almost threw up right there, it really turned me off for donuts. Anywho, I proceeded, and ask the cashier for six donuts to go, and when I started choosing them the guy next to her said I couldn't get any of the donuts I wanted (including the chocolate walnut) because they were not part of six donuts. I told him I wanted to pay for six donuts and I was there to get six donuts and anyways, they made it so complicated I just ended up leaving and I'm not planning on going back anytime in the next 10 years. You really went down the drain since Burger King purchased you.
