I will never be returning to Tim Hortons again - this store is unprofessional, dirty, and the staff is a nightmare. I went through the drive through and ordered breakfast. I got home and my wrap was tortilla, one egg patty, and a clump of chipotle. With these wraps being nearly $6-7 now, and that my experience here has been terrible every time, I went in today to ask for them to make it right. The workers were rude, did not care to listen/understand, they laughed in my face and lied to me once I asked them what’s funny, I waited 30 minutes of my life inside the store trying to get someone to just fix the issue. I have never met such rude and immature staff and the food/drinks are plain disgusting now. Save yourself the trip and go literally anywhere else. Edit: I did fill out the form; no one has answered me.

We came to this Tim's on Canada Day on our way to the border, and it wasn't busy. But the breakfast sandwich we got looked like someone took a bite out of it already, and the English muffin was really dried out. No ketchup in the bag to help improve it either. Shoddy sandwich, but we didn't have time to return it. We should have gone to another Tim's or a McDonald's. We know for next time.

Don’t buy glazed donuts here (honey dips, apple fritters, choco glaze). They only use 1/2 the amount of glaze that they should. It’s disappointing. Wait and go to the Casablanca location or the Hwy 8 location. Better quality.

Poorly made drinks Ordered 2 sausage eggs on bagels, 2 drinks (a tiramisu cold brew and an almond iced coffee.)When we received our drinks the cold brew tasted like sweetened water (barely had tiramisu flavour and watery)the cold foam wasn’t made properly and I had a small layer compared to other locations. The flavour of the Iced Coffee was weak and there was no sweetener when it was requested to come with sweetener, the taste of the ice coffee was also odd. When I requested for my cold brew to be remade the employee made a face and reluctantly agreed. When the coffee arrived it tasted like water again.

Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Cleanliness I recently visited the Tim Hortons location at Winona Crossing, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. It seems that the quality of service and cleanliness has taken a significant decline. Firstly, the washrooms were absolutely disgusting. The garbage cans were overflowing with trash, and the floors were sticky and dirty. It felt like I had stepped into a Third World country washroom rather than a Tim Hortons in Canada. Furthermore, I observed some of the staff members handling donuts and Tbits with their bare fingers. This is not only unhygienic but also unacceptable. I expect proper food handling practices to be followed, such as using gloves or a piece of paper to retrieve food items. It was truly off-putting to see such disregard for cleanliness. Another issue I noticed was the inability of some staff members to effectively communicate with customers. I encountered instances where employees were speaking in languages other than English, making it difficult for customers to understand and be understood. As an English-speaking customer in Canada, I believe it is reasonable to expect English to be the primary language of communication in a Tim Hortons establishment. Overall, my experience at this Tim Hortons location was extremely disappointing. The decline in customer service, cleanliness, and the lack of adherence to basic food handling practices is concerning. I hope that the management takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall experience for customers.

Service is terrible here. Always so slow. Always a language barrier. The donuts are never glazed, they are so dry. Stopped going to this location after multiple disappointing visit during my lunch break.
