This location is probably the worst Tim Hortons I've ever seen. I went by at 8:30am and they had only 2 types of bagels available. Of the 2 types there was only 2 of each so shortly after I got my bagel they were telling everyone they had no bagels. They constantly get your order wrong and argue with you when you ask them for the correct food/drinks. I also think they are very rude and harsh to the kids from the high school next door. I saw one of the workers yelling at a student waiting in line to order saying "only 3 at a time get out". It seems like they don't treat the students like people. I will never recommend this location to anyone.
I decided to walk over and have my coffee in the restaurant. There were 3 people ahead of me in line. The servers were all clustered by the drive thru window and we were completely ignored. This is the second time this has happened to me at that specific Tim Hortons . Needless to say I left. Wake up people

At 9 am (3 min less or more) on April 3rd, 2024, I went to drive through on Tim Horton this location. The order was $6.30, so I paid $11.35 to receive back $5.05. What I have received from the cashier was just 5 cents. I drove in the parking lot and realized that $5 was not returned. I walked inside and politely inquired about this mistake and all I heard was denial. It is just amazing how the cashier and another employee were going back and forth and at the end they said they need to pay back only 5 cents. I left the property and I placed this review. After that looked at the previous reviews and realized others also experienced something similar. This is not about the $5 anymore but more importantly 1. Integrity/trust from Tim Horton 2. Awareness to other customers. I hope management places more attention to professional service.
After I paid in the drive through and recieved my coffee and food, I waited in case the employee will give me receipt. After a few seconds, she asked me “what are you waiting for” with not so friendly manner. I said, “could you please give me the receipt?”, she printed it and gave me in such a way like she is trying to get rid of me. I am sorry if these employee are being underpaid or perhaps under pressure, but this is not a professional service like I used to experience from Tim Hortons.
Bought and ice coffee didn't realize that it was 66% ice cubes. Not happy.
Agreed with others! Service is in need of a deep cleanse and overhaul! I certainly notice it as a regular ‘bucks customer, (same plaza) and then ordering here. Wake up, Tim’s corporate! Terrible.
Terrible service takes 5 minutes to pour a black coffee let alone grab a doughnut and how does ice capp turn into double double
