Fix your pot holes. Most people drive regular cars, not of road. Pot holes are horrible

What is with the paving in the drive through that is horrible.

I love coming by here later in the day. It’s much quieter, and less busy. I want to make a shout out to Andrew. The young kid here with the big hair and glasses. He’s such a good kid. He’s always so polite to me when I come in to order food get my tea, I always see him working and helping his team members. He seems to have a great attitude and happy spirits to him. (I got his name from another team member there). Good job Andrew and the other kids working there too.

Extremely rude customer service from Julia. I went thru the drive thru and I asked for a sausage English muffin, she said okay then I said with egg please, with so much attitude she said ‘yea that’s what you ordered’… I was about to drive right through she caught me so off guard. Not going back to that location clearly a very very moody women. Don’t understand why the need for hostility over me just making an order. I got her name from another coworker as I left so I could report it.

Everyone looked high on drugs. My father is in the hospital it's the closest location... everyday since I've been here I went for coffee it was wrong. Half empty cups of cream. Wrong sizes....wrong order of food. They looked so disorganized and lost waiting 5 minutes for a caramel latte....since I'm consistently here I was hoping for better outcome every visit. Which unfortunately just got worse. I'm from Brampton....And would not recommend this location.... actually would avoid it at all costs.

Really get a good off road experience going through drive-thru. They should definitely spend the money one repairing that....
