Not open when they say they will be. Leave work for our very short break. Lights are on, nobody there

Service is good if they are open. Several times I have pulled up to the drive through 15-20mins after the posted open hours and get no reply. Usually one employee inside and doesn’t take orders.

Always out of cookies. Every time I go there. No matter what time of day. They must bake things once and that’s it for the day.

Posting a review here as I was unable to complete the survey. Ever since I moved to Canada, I’ve been a regular at Tim Hortons. Most of their crew members are nice to customers, except for the one I encountered in St. Thomas (at 1204 Talbot Street). It was an unpleasant experience, and one of their crew members, whom I believe is named April, was particularly insulting and rude. We ordered 50 Timbits (which I believe customers can choose multiple flavors for), but my wife accidentally pointed out a donut flavor instead. April became visibly angry and started shaking. And that was not the worst part, I had to go back, since the bag was partially opened, then I overheard she was badmouthing about us to her colleague and certain sarcastic comments. It’s disheartening to see that one person’s behavior can tarnish the reputation of a coffee shop or restaurant.

Went through the drive thru to get some iced coffee with my mom. As I was ordering my usual iced coffee, the employee on the speaker seemed to have trouble hearing me so my mom took over and ordered the rest. I went to correct a mistake and as I was trying to speak, the girl on the intercom whispered "oh my god" very rudely. There was no one else behind us, so I'm not sure why she felt the need to be so unpleasent. Unfortunately her name tag was faded, but I think it said Kaitlyn? It was around 4:45pm today. Either way, very disappointed in the service and feel very angry being treated with such disrespect. Will not be returning to this location. However, the gentleman at the window was very kind and helpful.

Placed mobile order, showed up, The door was locked even though there was a customer in there just chilling hanging out so I asked why the doors were locked if they're allowing customers in and she just scoffed at me and gave me a bunch of attitude. The hours here are very inconsistent and they like to pick and choose when they close and then wonder why people ask questions when they show up

Always friendly service, always good portions. Brought back egg bites so us gluten free people have breakfast options now. Just waiting for the oatmeal again. I loved it when they had that.

This place has the most inconsistent hours. Multiple times have come here in the evening only to find out its closed. Its a guessing game to see if they will actually be open. Don't waste your time here.
