Times have changed and so has the service at this company. They have great products but there people in any location are rude and terrible when it comes to service and customer service.
I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I've consistently gotten the same service every time I've gone here. They don't give you your receipt unless you ask for it, and they get offended if you do. If you order any food, they pull you forward and make you wait even if there isn't anyone waiting behind you. I tried to ask them why today and I was told to "shut up and go home" by the polite woman who handed me my order angrily. I'm really just throwing this here so that if the owners actually read their reviews, they can train their team because they've been consistently rude to me and I come here pretty frequently.
You know, when I place my order, and you ask is that all, when I go to add other items, maybe you should WAIT, for me to finish my order, and when I get to the window, I can't just order or add the 1 item you didn't wait for me to add to it, I have to pull back around, forget it, I don't need any of if it then.
It was on a Tuesday, we went in thinking it was just a day, you know? It was in the morning, we were greeted with a church- like stillness.. reverent? I was the first one to hoot into the quiet. Kind echoed. Soon we're all hooting like some kinda crazy birds and one of us started to harmonize and the next thing you know we hit this C and it's just the frequency, you know? The tables and shelves start resonating and feeding back, pretty soon the doughnuts themselves are singing, the employees are peering over counters, and of course, Petey forgets himself and floats off the ground a little.. It was on a Tuesday. Snatched him back down, looked around apologetically, and scooted. Always on a Tuesday.
They don’t listen to the most simple requests, how hard is it to press a button. Drinks never filled to top or even near top.
