Food was good, I came here while shopping wanting to get something nice and cold for me and my family (around a month ago), staff rushed me and was rude to me I won’t go to this Tim hortons again the one by my house is better.
They will not honor their mistakes. Today they said "Thank you" and passed us our food. Thank you usually indicates that all the food has now been passed over. We ordered two dream cookies, they gave one. We ordered two donuts, they gave one. They also stopped having mayonnaise for their sandwiches. Their drinks are horrible. I'm never coming back.
I ordered a BLT and it was the saddest excuse of a sandwich I've ever seen. Half the sandwich was just bread and mayonnaise and costed $3-4. Really disappointed.
We went during the slowest times of the day.. there was no line up, but my steeped tea double double tastes like water. My wife got a habanero wrap it took them 10 minutes to prepare, even though we were the only ones there. When we opened the wrap it was ripped and poorly put together. Terrible service, we were the only people in line.
employees were very rude, i asked if i could use my points for a london fog and she said yes. she tried to get me to pay for it when i was trying to use my points and she said ‘it doesn’t work for that’ when she just said i could. so i got a coffee instead. while i was waiting a couple of girls behind the counter were glaring at my friend and i. poor customer service.
I asked for my most basic and typical order (I get it every time I go to Tim’s) of a bagel with cream cheese and a small iced Capp. The worker asked me if I wanted light cream cheese THREE times, every time I said no just regular until I gave up and let her give me light. After already standing there for ages trying to explain my cream cheese she typed in 2 small ice Capps and I said I just wanted one. She then proceeded to accidentally erase my entire order and retype it all in. She asked me if I wanted butter on my bagel ( ♀️) I said nope cream cheese. I got my bagel and it was PLAIN just toasted with nothing on it and I had to ask the winter to please put cream cheese on it. Weirdest Tim Hortons experience ever, and no apologies or anything just confusion and weird anger I felt from the workers over why I thought were pretty reasonable requests.
Didn't ask for a tip and just took what ever I had and just toke what every they wanted
Just look at the picture. What the heck, we both ordered an original ice coffees and one is so bad like why they rushing for no reason.
