I ordered a medium coffee, i clearly repeated that i want a medium coffee with 2 milk. They gave me a small coffee. When i said i ordered medium the person on the window said i charged you for small and she gave me such an attitude to change it to the right size coffee. When i left and had the first sip the coffee was extremely cold. I am not sure what they added to make it a medium. Any how , i had to go back. No one even said sorry and no one seems to care. I am very disappointed and will never go back even though i am coming here for years since its too close to my place.

The lady who took the orders had a bad attitude and gave me wrong orders, added lots of sugar to coffees and ice coffees which I ordered NO sugar!

The food is always cold, they never put any sauce in the sandwiches, espresso shots are always cold, and can’t even add extra cream cheese when payed for
