CASHIER WHO ASSISTS ME IS SO RUDE . !!!!!

This is my favorite branch. Staff are nice. The coffee, the donuts and the pastry are always fresh. Always the perfect temperature.

On Tuesday morning they opened at 10.00am I went in 10.30 am to order hash browns and cream cheese bagels both of them are not available they said you have to wait 20 minutes to get that. Also the. Donuts rack also M.T. ( nothing) Then I ordered 2 tea , the water did not boil , just ad tea bag’s and milk in the warm water. I never ever had an experience like this. When the restaurant is open all the products has to be available to the customer, that’s why always someone come earlier to make sure all the products are available to the customer ..the employees don’t care the customers .there’s no work ethic or responsibility to the employees. People are waiting, and look like a board meeting is going on. In the restaurant . even. This is the only one in tim Hortons in. Canada. I won’t come to this location. Anyway good luck for the frenchaizi owner Thank you
