I ordered a XL lemon honey tea, black. Total $2.61 drive thru. I asked for a double cup since the tea is very hot and the sleeve does not work well with a black tea. I get to the window and was told $2.75, there is a charge for a cup, .10 cents. I never ever paid for a double cup, i have ordered hundreds of these. I asked for the manager Mandeep was her name she said, no name tag so I'm not sure if the spelling is correct. I explained the situation and she said .10 cents or a sleeve, she was extremely rude to me and when I asked her to write down her name she said, I don't have to give you anything. I was stunned as to the way I was treated, unbelievable service and she is the manager? No customer service experience by the way all of this transpired. I also would like to say many of the employees were smiling and laughing at me and all were speaking a different language so I could not understand what was being said, not professional, There needs to be some professionalism at this Tim Hortons. Not a happy customer at this location. I spoke to someone regarding this issue. I have not received a response from anyone.
