Cashier was training, trying his best and asking valid questions. I’m assuming she was the manager but this woman answer the questions like if he was an idiot. Condescending, demeaning and contagious negative energy in the kitchen and dining room from her. The guy running prep station noticed there were no more hash browns and took the initiative to find me a good replacement because management was “done” “gonna quit” and “throwing the towel” . I give the rest of the crew props for having to deal with her complaining while they worked hard during rush.
