Please train ur student employees properly they have no customer service skills nor do they have any manners and sitting trying to enjoy a coffee and listening to them talking in there language out loud isvery disturbing night time supervisor Steve is very rude to customers he picks on everyone likes to kick ppl out and tell them they r not welcome back very bad for business u feel like ur walking on egg shells going for a coffee on afternoon shift once again tell ur Indian students to have better manners and stop looking g like the world owes u something because we don't ur choice to come to Canada don't expect respect if u don't give any DILLPREET one of the employees very rude no hello no smile only to who she feels like talking too. DILLPREET should not be employed for this type of job no personality whatsoever afternoon shift employees some of the students very rude and some like to yell out loud very unprofessional
