Timings mentioned on website is wrong I believe, I visited branch to have my BF on Sunday around 10:05 am and it’s not yet opened for service .
My go to order here is a Cilantro Lime Chicken Wrap and it has been 2 or 3 times now where I order my wrap and find out after my purchase that the store doesn't have the ingredients required to make what I ordered. Frusturating when I'm on a time crunch and don't have the time to find food elsewhere.
I was really disappointed how they treated me. I understand the worker might be busy or frustrated because it was a bit with 3-4 customers ( being generous here) , but every customer is valuable. And they shouldn’t be treated like this. My iced capp lid was completely messy and so I requested thrn to change it for me, the employee made a face and just handed me the lid rudely, like I was asking the iced capp for free. Very disappointed and disrespectful. They messed up my other order too and yet they weren’t polite about it. Bad service and bad environment.
Cashier girl was very unimpressed to serve me, she didn’t smile or asked what I wanted. She just stood there staring at me. I ordered a large coffee and tea and two donuts, used my coupon and she didn’t know how to use the code. I told her her that’s not the correct price and she shrugged her shoulders like “I don’t care”. I walked away. Never going back to this Tim Hortons again. Worse service ever.
Super slow. Majority of the time I will be waiting in line for over 10 minutes while there’s no other customers. Typically if I order a bagel or a sandwich it’s either not cut or they used a knife that clearly wasn’t clean prior and I get bacon or lettuce (due to dirty knife) in a plain buttered bagel. Highly unsanitary!!! In the drive thru my order is almost always screwed up and I have to take it in to be fixed. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location as it is not up to par with the others around. Staff and production at uplands is far better!!
Very bad experience. I asked cold coffee they don’t have it. I asked hash browns they don’t have. I asked cold brew with Foam , She charged for that and laster said they don’t have foam. Why don’t you guys close it. Not welcoming.
GET THIS. So I'm working across from this particular Tim Hortons. At this point I've been a regular of theirs out of convenience sake, for about 3 months now. And the moment I ask for hot water to fill a noodle bowl for my lunch no issues! Then a short, black haired woman piped up and said "charge him for hot water" so they start charging me for hot water. And that was AFTER I tried buying a drink from them in compensation. So I thanked them for their *****y service and went elsewhere. As I'll likely do from now on. -purple dude
The service was horrible the person who was ordering kept on interrupting whenever we tried order. I asked for an everything bagel, but they gave me a plain bagel instead.
