I went thru the drive thru on my lunch break. The workers told me 3 times they could not hear me thru the speakers and finally to pull forward. So I did and they than told me that they can't take my order at the window. I said said you told me to pull forward and the lady said ya because I could not hear you but there's a line you have to go back. They kept repeating that I had to go back....so I just left. I don't quite understand the logic of please pull forward I can't hear you to you can't order at the window, you need to go to the back of the line.
This is my favorite Tim's. Everyone is super friendly, my order is always hot and accurate, and they always seem to have things in stock. I might be an outsider, but this is my ideal quick food experience. Gotta give these folks some props, they work hard to make it this good.
Management at this location needs serious work. I have a dairy allergy and I let them know before I order, EVERYTIME my drink gets handed to me made with cream , last time the staff refused to admit it was dairy and refused to remake it and I became extremely sick. staff and management are extremely rude and unhelpful, they refused to provide me with a customer complaint number and basically ignored us until we drove away

I don’t know why I still go here. First of all went through drive thru and they served 3 cars before they served me waiting on the left side at the box today!! I ordered 2 wraps, 1/2 a dozen donuts and a large iced Capp with a vanilla shot. My ice Capp didn’t have enough cream. And my donuts were horrible. My nephew took my bite of the vanilla dip and said gross. I thought it was dipped in vanilla icing not glaze then sprinkles. The Boston creams icing too was so scimpy. Why I want chocolate icing on my donut! There’s barely anything. Please do better.
