Tim Hortons

Worst Tim.hortons of Toronto. There are atleast 5 workers at this location all the time. Still they can not handle the que and we need to wait long for our order. Some of them are rude as well.

I literally almost died. I got medium steep tea. It was boiling hot the lid wasn’t closed probably spilled all over me. My thigh is burning . My shoes brand new is ruined . I really don’t know what to say or do . One of the worst things possible to ever happen to Me. Worst thing is I am a regular I have like 6k point on the app and this is literally terrified me I don’t know if I ever want to ever come back to Tim Hortons .. I really don’t know what to say whoever is on the drive thru needs to understand people are usually in rush going to work . I am speechless this is insane, not only I almost crashed I jumped out of the car in the middle of traffic so fast I forgot the car was on drive. I came back to to Tim’s the lady was nice she offered me another tea.. to anyone getting hot drinks be careful I hope employees try their best to double chdck before handing out a drink no one is perfect but this hurt me really bad.

I always come to this store before i start my job. Everytime the staff is so polite but today A girl name Suman is at the counter for taking everybody’s order and the way she treat everyone is so nice and she is soft spoken and know her job very well. Great hospitality by the staff.

Good service. The place is very well managed and the staff is always helpful. Keep up the good work.
