Asked for light ice and this is what I got.

Second time now that I couldn't get the offer from my app... employees had no idea how to key it in, so I had to pay full price! Either get rid of the app or fix the PLU in the POS!!!
Always messes up my order. Either they don’t cut the bagel or they don’t double toast it as instructed.. staff is always very rude. I was at drive thru in my car and there was this Indian guy giving me my order, he was stinking so bad that it almost made me throw up.. maybe tim horton should provide Deodorant to staff with some basic customer service training ..
