There are serious issues at this location with the attitude of staff members. They are not only rude to customers but also with eachother. I was surprised to see the female workers by the drive thru window yelling at eachother and taking digs at one another. I heard a staff member yell at another coworker saying you’re so lazy, what am I supposed to put inside the bagel, your brain? The list goes on and on but the experience is very poor for customers who have to witness this. The staff here need a serious intervention from the management team.

The people in here are rude I can on at 4pm Saturday the 6th or April 2024 and there was a mess on the floor no wet floor I had asked for wip cream on my ice cap the lady did not put then when I told the man who gave us the order he said that’s going to be extra (no problem) but you dident hear me and did not charge me but when I asked for napkins he then went took the napkins from the other side because there was no more on the left side of the order desk and crumpled it in his hands and gave it to me then when I told him about it he looked at me like I was the one with issues I then asked for a manager there was none in and the supervisor had came and talked to me all she said was ok and I’m so sorry she then went to get me my napkins and they where in perfect condition Nice and neatly folded Like when you order food from them, not given to me like a animal ! As you can see from the pictures this is the rude man who was serving me and giving me a attitude because I asked for whip cream and napkins as well as the spill on the floor that I had told them about just in case they did not see it

I went there at 8:50 pm first i had to wait good 15 minutes in the drive thru line for one coffee and the indian lady serving me was so so rude she was looking me dead in the eye as if i made a mistake by ordering. Atleast greet the person and she was also confused between my order.

This is one of my favourite Tim Hortons locations in the GTA and Peel Region, honestly. Each time I come here, the workers treat me nicely and greet me with a smile. They ensure that the coffee or drinks are fresh and if in the off chance they are not, they always fix the issue happily. I hope that they continue to hire friendly staff because having rude workers and unfresh coffee can really ruin someones day but this location does not follow that. The cleaning is amazing and I have rarely ever come across it being dirty, perfect place to do some work. I hope that the quality and customer service remains the same quality!

I went on DT to get drinks, its not even 5minutes that were telling our orders to lane 1 but the old lady who’s taking my order is making me move to window right away, no one is behind us. I was trying to tell her to take off my ice capp and change it to quencher, she said shes going to take it off and just move to window. When im done with paying, she didn’t even repeat my order instead take my money right away. The old lady who’s presenting told us “You have to be 100 percent sure with your order and we cannot change it as its already been made” is this how to treat your customers? Its a simple customer service, its not going to take you 5mins to change the drinks to quencher. This is not the way you handle customer service leaving them upset. In the end I pay for the order that wasn’t supposed to be on my order. Plus 3mins wont even affect your score boards so please let the customers take time to think of their order. Worst and not friendly staff. No wonder people don’t get their orders right on this location specially on drive thru. I wish to have a proper coaching with the staffs on DT and documentation on what happened during this incident. Managers who’s listening on the lane should know better handling the window instead, they let their staff dealt with it with their high tone and making us feel the stupid.

Thanks Swati, for your excellent customer service, professionalism and attention to details. Always a positive experience. Vegetarian options: It's good that this is available. however, a bit costly for a slice of tomato and a "piece" of lettuce in a wrap or on a bagel.
