Absolutely terrible service. I asked for a receipt before paying and the cashier said she’d give me one as I need it for my corporate card. After I paid and asked for the receipt, she said I had to do it from the prompt screen which she never mentioned nor did it come up on the screen. I never got a receipt even though I insisted several times. She just said there isn’t anything she can do about it.
Unfriendly staff, cold cappuccino, forgot to add the sugar to both my wife and I's coffees. Sub-standard for Tim Hortons.

Food is rushed without care. Service is the worst out of any Tim Hortens I've been at and it's been this way since it opened. Express line sign was up and no express service provided. Any time HMS host is involved service and quality is garbage. Time for Tim Hortons to step up either close your location or get your own employees. In the end I left and went to Starbucks.
Staff was very bad, talking with each other all the time instead of taking orders, even don’t have any sauce, no ice coffee, no crispy onions, no sandwiches only bagels. Really disappointed
