Please keep fresh hashbrowns !! Most of the times they don’t have it and if they do, they are not good. Some of the cashiers do tell that they are not good well then make the fresh ones!

This Tim Horton location inside the Esso gas station almost always not opening on time for drive through. The app and website staging open for drive through is 5 am but every time I pass by to get a morning coffee, they are not open and the light inside the shop is dim. I also check the store hours before head out. What is the point of listing the operation hours but not opening on time for early customers. End up I get my coffee from Mc Donald's in the same plaza.

Too much slow service. Employess does not respond to customer. They just talk with each other.
