Zero stars Ordered through drive thru 2 Sundays ago. The older lady couldn't scan the app on my phone, she was cursing and being rude because of this. Never coming back here ever. Contacted Tim Hortons Nothing was done I did contact Tim Horton (Lack of Customer service) Nothing was done. They just do not care and the store owner cares even less. Its all about the money Update Feb 11 2024 no one from store or Tim Horton has even bothered to contact me. Went through the drive thru on Sunday Feb 11 2024 @12 noon ish, The same older Filipina older woman was at the window and starts yelling at me because she couldn't scan the app. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE WHY DOES SHE GET AWAY WITH YELLING TO CUSTOMERS? I HAVE RECORDED THE SITUATION WITH MY CELL PHONE

I just went to this location. Ordered a vanilla iced coffee with espresso cold foam and did pay extra for it but they didn’t put it in my coffee also i ordered a cheese croissant they didn’t have it so they should’ve told earlier that they’re out of it. Also the whole dining area was very crowded and I had to wait for 10 minutes to get just these 2 things. Very poorly managed.

Drive through coffee. Quick. Pleasant staff.
