Always same answer. espresso machine broke. And always in the morning time If your espresso machine has been broken a long time, what is your manager Doing ??

took forever to complete my order and gave me a disgustingly small quantity of my drink. embarrassing

They say that they work 24 hours a day but i came a 11 pm and they say that we have only coffee like I was in line for 10 minutes for this. Then after they took another 10 minutes making the coffee

Quick drive thru normally gets the order correct but doesn't seem to know what a double toasted bagel is or how to butter both halves. One side is well buttered. the other side is dry.

This morning I ordered for small triple triple and literally she gave a used cup of tea and when i questioned she just gave me an occurred response by saying "?I don't know i got many orders" and and she literally ignored me p timing was probably 9:20

Came in Friday night with my 2 girls and Marc was on cash, he is really good at making sure customer was happy. We order a strawbery lemonade, quencher and sandwich with muffins. Again Marc is a very good employee. Made our Friday even better. Santa Maria location
