Worst Tim Hortons I wish if I can give 0

I went here to buy 2 gift cards and the drive through person swiped 2 Happy Birthday cards without asking. I caught it before she swiped the 2nd and asked for both to be anything else (was not for a birthday) and she had to call someone for assistance. Which held up the line to the point they asked me to come inside. I had already paid for both gift cards but only had 1 gift card and no receipt. I agreed to come inside in time to see that person who was assisting me walking out the door with her belongings. I stopped her and she assured me someone else would help me, the assistant manager. She needed to refund me the one gift card because they didn't have any other gift cards, okay fine, but didnt seem to understand that I wanted only the refund from the 1 card (which I didn't receive) and the receipt from the one I already paid for. She was rude and wasn't able to look up the receipt so I left after confirming the balance on the gift card because after the entire ordeal (which was at least half an hour) I lost confidence there was even money on the original gift card. Then she said she refunded me for both? Just a frustrating experience and I tend to be understanding as I worked at the customer service desk of a large commercial retailer, however, the service was a 0 out of 5 in my opinion. I was shocked they didn't even apologize or try to make it right.

A good spot to relax over a cup of Dark-roast with one cream and with potatoes wedges

This is the worst Tim's in London, food burned and no fresh lettuces. And bad service. I've been in many Tim's but this service here is unacceptable.

I asked the Lady if it is possiblefor the bun to be toasted..Respond: you should have asked it when you ordered, rudely!!!..waited for 20 minutes for 3 items...no customer service at this store..no smiles...no greetings...

Ice coffee at Tim Hortons, so bad experience for first time.

Regular drive thru stop when going through London.

Went to a this Tim Hortons at 9:10pm and couldn’t get a bagel because they were already cleaning the equipment for an 11pm close ????
