Service in the drive-through was nil. No one responded to a long line of cars. When I entered the store to order, the manager was yelling at her staff & the poor staff didn't even know if myvorder could be filled. I felt bad for the staff as the place was a mess, slow & unprofessionally supervised. I felt sorry for the young staff members.
This location is significantly understaffed.
Every time i go to Drive thru i need to wait aleast 10 15 min just for a single coffee
And its always me in drive thu no other car
I understand when its busy but how can you guys let customers wait for that long

Everytime i go into this location there isn't a person working the front til and 3 or more people only doing drive thru and waiting over 5 minutes standing waiting to order a coffee seems pretty ridiculous when over 5 people are behind the counter 🙄😡
Horrible service all the time from a very old lady there. Breakfasts taste like they have been out for hours. Slow drive thru times just horrible. I literally add a 5 min daily detour to go to a different one.
Every time I come through this drive-thru, the old lady at the window in the mornings is miserable. She is consistently rude to customers and giving a hard time for wanting to use the Tim’s gift card, saying, “well there’s three different cards so I have no idea what you’re talking about,” which I understand there is a lot with rewards etc., but as a worker you’d expect to be able to process a transaction smoothly. I used to work at Tim’s so I know the expectations surrounding customer experience and being kind and helpful, which I have never experienced from that lady. I used to be a regular to this store as it was on the way to work but I am so glad to work in another location so I no longer have my mornings dampened by her rude behaviour towards customers.
