Today I ordered 6 assorted donuts. They asked me if there was any donuts I didn't want I said no plain ones. I got two plain donuts in my 6 pack. Why ask me if you're just going to put whatever you want in there anyways?? They also did not add sugar to my cold brew. I don't know why I bother with any Tim's.

Not one to complain but it has been too many times that the service was poor. One staff earlier today had a very bad attitude and the place is not clean table and floor messy.

At least TRY and contact me when you're out of stock, not just sending stuff to compensate. What if I had an allergy to the stuff you sent? That's a lawsuit. Edit 03/21: They've done it again lol
