If I could give ZERO I would, literally… asked for an extra large cafe mocha REPEATED it 3 times even after they asked if I said extra large with oat milk of course when you’re on your way out of town you don’t know until you’re at a red light. They won’t answer the phone either I’ve called 4 times. Don’t think I’ll be going back there, and it’s the closest one to my house. Good job, on losing customers.

Horrible service.. i just placed a order online from skip not a long ago i ordered a coffee a donut and a wrap which was egg and cheese …. Thr is literally a sausages inside the wrap and i dont even eat chicken how it is normal for them that i am eating a sausage or whatever that was … called the store spoke to employee she was extremely rude and hand over my phone to the manager and the manager on duty is trying to tell me that this is an old picture of the wrap i am sending her … how disgusting that could be … my order is just 10 dollar something…… you guys really need to teach your employees about customer servicing and how to speak at first place ….. it is a complete cross contamination …. Can someone get back to me ASAP from the management because i am going to take an action on this … this is extremely disgusting…first you make a mistake and than you call the customer almost i liar ….. i work in customer servicing too and you guys needs to fix the attitude of the staff ….. be apologetic enough for the mistake you make … and this is a horrible mistake . I need someone to get back to me ASAP There is a initial saying BB on my receipt as well If that helps

I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. My English muffin was FROZEN! I don’t think I’ll eat breakfast here anymore.

Nice and friendly. Love their Boston creams. Tea was really good.

Very less quantity was served in lunch bowl compared to other Tim hortons. Money I paid was not worth for this kind of food, totally disappointed

The tim Hortons app has not worked at this place for a week (!). In addition, food is barely heated...no croissants, no ice cap...purely stocked...I suggest going to a different one.

Just a heads up! This location has bedbugs in the bench seat, cockroaches in the store and also mice. I have seen all of the above with my own eyes. The newest pest was seen out back by the drive thru and was a rat the size of a small cat or chihuahua. They only care about out their profit and not their employees. They leave the store understaffed and make them do twice the work for minimum wage. Proper food storage is also not taking place and a lot.of times handwriting and proper cleaning is not being done. They served expired food and products..... The lemonade urn for the quenchers sometimes has fermentation growing inside. They change date and times on products all the time to try and save money. The only good thing about the store is that the employees are amazing and hard workers! They deserve a lot more appreciation than they get! Employees all have different expectations depending on who they are..... The assistant manager Amy is also great and goes above and beyond! My advice is to stay away from this location, the store at Oxford and Adelaide and also the one at Fanshawe and Adelaide as they are all the same owners.
