Apparently they are having a not so good very bad day. After saying they were over it they threw the spatula, eventually made my sandwich and then tossed it onto the counter near me, so I sure hope I took the right sandwich. UPDATE: I tried your site again today and much better experience! Thank you.

Ordered chai tea and i got earl grey. Asked if they have everything bagel, said no when i was in drive line, i went inside to get my coffee replaced and saw bagels were present but employee was not in mood to make. BROWN GIRL in evening 6pm

Absolutely TERRIBLE

WORST SERVICE EVER! drive thru rude, rushing, tried to hand everything at once, got mad because we asked for napkins.

I can not believe how customers treat the staff. They are humans. People need to be patient and kind. The young woman was training and two customers were especially rude and impatient. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Keep on smiling. I’ll see you tomorrow. Thank you for showing up everyday!

Very terrible experience here. I was racially profiled. I came to buy a cup of coffee, greeted one of the attendants, she completely ignored me, I spoke to another person, he was blatantly rude stating that they had closed, I asked to see the manager, the manager gave me the shock of my life. She defended her employees stating that they had closed and hence they shouldn’t be polite or respond to my greetings. Her name is Susan. I promised her I was going to give a review and here it is. Terrible experience. No one should come here!!!
