Tim Hortons

Good location on the strip when you're out and about shopping. They usually have the products I ask for and the drive thru is pretty quick in comparison to other Tim Hortons I have visited. Lost 1 star for staff friendliness or lack thereof. Their main concern is their drive thru time which I can appreciate but it's not hard to smile and say hello while still remaining quick.

Their coffee is the bomb, seriously! Can't get enough of their French vanilla flavor. And their bakery treats? Always fresh and tasty, hitting the spot every time. It's like they know exactly how to make your day better!

This location is the only one in this city I will go out of my way to go to, and that says a lot since it's across the city and there are at least 3 in closer proximity. I've rarely had poor service or incorrect orders, the staff are incredibly friendly and prompt, just an overall positive experience most of the time.

We were in after supper for a coffee. There were 5 customers. They started cleaning and the place filled with steam and smoke and a chemical smell, I’m surprised the smoke detectors didn’t go off. All 5 customers had to leave because of the smell. You could even see the building was full of smoke or whatever it was from the outside. No way should that have been done with customers in the store.
