I went there arround 6:40pm today and I ordered three medium ice coffees and one with extra caramel they didn’t mixed it well and the lady who handout my drinks was so rude need to learn about customer service. Don’t know how to greeting a customer

The food was fresh and the service is top notch, was helped by a girl named Angela, she was very friendly and efficient!!

Not only did the cashier, an old lady, react unprofessionally when I misunderstood her request to ‘scan,’ but they also served me a sandwich with really spoiled lettuce. I was trying to use a coupon with a QR code for a discount, and when the cashier asked to ‘scan,’ I misunderstood and thought she was asking to scan my credit card. I politely asked if my wife could scan her QR code instead, and the cashier became visibly frustrated, replying in an angry tone, ‘That’s what I said! What part don’t you understand about scanning?’ To make matters worse, even after the cashier scanned the QR code on my coupon, the discount wasn’t applied, and she didn’t inform me about it. It was only after leaving that I noticed the discrepancy.
